XLOCK One

The XLOCK ONE is a versatile smart RFID locker lock designed to deliver flexible access control, modern convenience, and efficient locker management for workplaces, education facilities, gyms, end-of-trip amenities, and shared storage environments. Combining RFID technology with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity, the XLOCK ONE provides a scalable solution for both free-use (shared) and assigned locker systems.

Engineered for flexibility, the XLOCK ONE allows users to access lockers via RFID cards (including Mifare Classic and Desfire formats) or through the XLOCK mobile app using Bluetooth. This dual-access capability makes it suitable for dynamic environments where lockers may be allocated to specific users or used on a first-come, first-served basis. All access and administration is managed through the XLOCK Phone App, enabling streamlined configuration without ongoing management fees.

The system features an integrated LED indicator to clearly display locker status and supports audit logging for usage tracking when required. Its compact, furniture-mounted design allows for seamless integration into a wide range of locker and cabinetry systems, while the quick-latch mechanism ensures reliable locking performance and smooth day-to-day operation.

Powered by a long-life lithium battery with an expected lifespan of 2–3 years, the XLOCK ONE is designed for low-maintenance, high-reliability performance in demanding commercial environments.
