XLOCK40 – RFID Lock

The XLOCK40 RFID Locker Lock combines secure contactless access technology, flexible locker management, and durable commercial performance to deliver a smart locking solution for modern workplaces, education facilities, gyms, hospitality venues, and public storage environments. The XLOCK40 is purpose-built for temporary and shared locker applications where convenience, visibility, and user-friendly operation are essential.

Designed for seamless RFID access control, the XLOCK40 supports multiple RFID technologies including Mifare Classic, HID Prox, EM4200, and selected multi-reader systems, making it suitable for integration across a wide range of workplace and facility access systems. The lock is managed via a Management Card and Master Card administration system, allowing organisations to efficiently configure and control both temporary free-locker and permanently allocated locker modes.

Unlike traditional wired locking systems, the XLOCK40 features a wireless battery-powered design for simplified installation and reduced fit-out costs. The sliding bolt mechanism delivers dependable security and smooth operation, while optional auto-unlock functionality can be configured for temporary locker applications.

Powered by a long-life lithium battery with an operational lifespan of up to 2–3 years, the XLOCK40 is engineered for reliable low-maintenance performance in demanding commercial environments. • Mifare  - Uses high-frequency RFID technology to provide secure, contactless access for lockers and access control systems. Commonly used in modern workplaces, education facilities, and shared environments, Mifare Classic credentials offer greater data capacity and enhanced functionality compared to standard proximity cards.
• Prox EM4200 - Uses low-frequency RFID technology designed for simple and reliable contactless locker access.  Prox credentials are widely used in basic access control and locker systems where straightforward user identification is required.
• HID Prox 125kHZ - Also uses low-frequency RFID technology but operates using HID’s proprietary credential format. Commonly used in commercial office buildings and integrated access control systems, HID Prox credentials provide dependable contactless access.
